To Book your Stall Site

ALL sites are now allocated.  You can still book, however your booking request will be placed on a waiting list.

This year we have recognised that some areas have a lower traffic flow.

So we have added two pricing levels for Market Stalls.

-  SILVER Area is as a HIGH traffic area. (Silver now allocated)  GREEN Area is a LOW traffic area.

However last year, the 'Men's Shed' Stall site did a roaring trade in this location l!

So product type is important.

The BLUE Area is for Day and Night Trading.

Note: Power supply is NOT AVAILABLE in the GREEN Areas.

Please select your type of stall and number of sites required.
If need be  Click the red x to clear your selection.

Please note: You are reserving you position only and this will NOT a guarantee that the booking will be accepted. If we have exhausted SILVER allocation you will be offered a Green area site.

Also, in particular, stallholders selling Coffee/Hot Chocolate & Ice Coffee, Slushies, Soft Serve Ice Cream, BBQ sausages & hamburgers, large Food Vans will be restricted in numbers. In previous years we have had many more applications for these activities than we can allow. In general we will try to restrict too many stallholders selling the same products.

If we receive significantly more applications than we need for one product type, we will look at closing that type of product and make our decision as to who is successful, so that the other applicants are free to pursue opportunities. “

If your site is not accepted, because we have tooooooo many stalls of one particular product your booking fee will be refunded.

The information is collected to assist with the Stall Holders application process and management of the Town Fair. Further details about how we use your personal information is provided at the end of this form and on our website.

Scroll down to the online booking form below.

If you are a food stall, there are strict guidelines to holding a food stall at the fair. All stall holders who want to sell food will require a Temporary Food Permit from the Nillumbik Shire Council  by using the online Streatrader application tool ...
