Sponsorship Opportunities
The town fair is coordinated by the Rotary Club of Diamond Creek.
The main purpose of the fair is to provide an event for the benefit and enjoyment of the local community including families, friends and businesses. It is also a valuable opportunity for community groups, such as schools, churches, sporting clubs to fund raise and to promote their activities.
Last year over 30,000 people attended the fair, and this year the fair will be even bigger and better. Sponsoring the event gives businesses an excellent opportunity to promote products and services, and to show commitment to our local community and it's people. The Rotary Club of Diamond Creek offers your business the opportuity to support the Diamond Creek Fair by becoming a sponsor.
There are several levels of sponsorship:
Partner - By negotiation, Logo on all Correspondence - Top Corner $25,000+
Platinum - By Negotiation, Logo on all Correspondence - Bottom, Logo displayed on Safety Vests worn by volunteers, Children Stage Sponsor $15,000+.
Diamond - By negotiation, Exclusive Naming Rights to both Grand Parade & Relay Races $10,000+
Gold | Main Stage Sponsor. Banner on Fence line. Main Stage promotional raffle (supplied by sponsor) Prime marguee position & | $5,500+ |
Silver | Naming rights to a prize given at the fair. Front page website add & | $2,500+ |
Sapphire | Naming rights to a major activity; PA interview coverage on the day. Listing on all printed media; Stall for your product or company & | $1,100 |
Emerald | PA info broadcast on the day. Joint sponsorshio of an activity & | $ 550 |
Ruby | Listing on the sponsorship board and website | below $500 |
